Manesh and Tania are exceptionally awesome. They have supported us through our journey as we make a decision to put our house in-market, move to a rental place, prep and sell our house. They have been exceptionally helpful and professional through all steps, from fairly investigating the market and finding the right range for a sale price, to preparing the house for the best sale, representing us through the offers and negotiations with buyers. They have been available for any questions, right on top of any open issues to kept us on track and guided us to make the best decisions. They always approached the process with integrity, both protected our property's value and kept us honest with data points in terms of market conditions. It was a very hard decision for us to move after about 10 years of living in our house, both emotionally and financially as the market was unpredictable.
